Your professor has told you that you are not allowed to use AI in their class, so what do you do when the programs and websites that you already use introduce new AI features? Many companies are incorporating generative artificial intelligence into their products, including companies like EBSCO, ProQuest, and JSTOR that create the research databases we TU students, faculty, and staff access through Cook Library. This workshop will explore these new AI features, demonstrate how to use them effectively, and provide guidance on common GenAI pitfalls such as information “hallucination” and bias.
